When a Shipping Instruction has been processed, you will be able to see a Verify Copy in PDF format. You can download the Verify Copy, print it or forward it to any relevant parties.
If anything is incorrect in the Verify Copy, you can amend the information by repeating the steps for submitting a shipping instruction.
You can receive an email notification when your Verify Copy is ready

Log in and click Shipment Overview.
Go to Pending Tasks and select Verify.
Click Approve next to the relevant shipment.
Fill in the form and click Submit.
Alternatively, if you are making an amendment, review the information. If the information is correct, download the Verify Copy in PDF format. If anything is incorrect, click Verify Copy. Then fill in the form with the correct information and click Submit.
