Once you are connected, the Live Help Agent will help to resolve your issue to the best of their ability.
You can save your chat history directly from the pop-up window for future reference.
Click Live Chat in the Help menu.
Select your preferred language and click Start.
A Live Help Agent will then respond via the pop-up chat window. Explain the issue, and the Help Agent will help you to resolve it.
