Case Management provides you with an overview of your customer service case(s).
You can see detailed information about each case, update the information as needed or reopen a case if it has not been resolved to your satisfaction.
Click Case Management in the Help menu to see an overview of your customer service cases.
If you cannot see the case you want, you can search by entering the case details or via the category filters in the case overview. You can then click the case you want to view and update the case details as desired.
